Input a severity distribution X, and a frequency
distribution N.
Severity is specified as a vector (Pr(X=0), Pr(X=1),
..., Pr(X=n)).
Model computes X1 + ... + XN using FFT methods.
Two(16) is a degenerate severity distribution taking
the value 2 with certainty (Pr(X=2) =
1). Note that only even
numbers appear with non-zero probabilities in the
aggregate.
