Project 3: Fibonacci Chest

Open frame chest. Oak frame, top, drawer runners and pulls. Hard maple drawers. Through dovetails on all drawers. Drawer heights form a Fibonacci series: 1", 1", 2", 3", 5" and 8". Frame finished with an oil-based polyurethane varnish. Drawers finished with a polyurethane/acrylic water-based finish.

Three-dimensional plan made from a list of components using VarView. The image can be rotated and scaled in 3-space, shaded, and lit from various directions all using standard VarView functions.

The image can also be texture mapped using VarView,

or viewed as a wire frame.
